Hike & Heal is a creative wellness experience offering space to connect with self and others while being nurtured by nature. This experience will be held at Bartram’s Garden, including:
A 30 minute walk
Arts & crafts facilitated by Wholesome Foundation
Journaling & Discussion
Picnic (potluck friendly)
