About the Event
Hike & Heal is a creative wellness experience offering space to connect with self and others while being nurtured by nature. This experience will be held at Bartram’s Garden, including:
- A 30 minute walk
- Arts & crafts facilitated by Wholesome Foundation
- Journaling & Discussion
- Picnic (potluck friendly)
