Philly movers! Activate & nourish your vessel with our first Movement Circle!

This intimate, beginner-friendly gathering will be led by Aleena and Crux. 

We will abstractly explore movement in individual & collective modes.

You can expect a creative warm up, mind-body exercises, guided prompts, & shared discussion.
