This immersive experience begins with a simple but powerful question: How are you, really? Through guided prompts, anonymous reflection, rhythm, and live sound, participants will transform honest emotions into poetry, affirmation, and music created together in real time.
This workshop invites participants to be heard and supported without pressure to perform or be perfect. No writing or musical experience is needed, only a willingness to show up authentically.
During this experience, participants will:
Reflect on their emotional landscape through guided prompts and shared inquiry
Turn words, phrases, and feelings into poetry, rhythm, and creative expression
