Rooted and Ready

Led by martial artist, security professional, and yoga instructor Kairi Suswell, Rooted and Ready is a civilian-focused self-defense experience designed to simplify tactical education into practical tools for everyday life. This workshop blends principles of awareness, breathwork, movement, and strategy, challenging participants to evaluate the depth of their self love.
