A restorative workshop blending somatic grounding, reflective writing, and creative ritual to support healing, self-connection, and narrative empowerment.
Led by Taylor Street, this trauma-informed experience invites participants to gently regulate the nervous system before exploring storytelling through the lenses of inner child reflection and shadow work. Through guided prompts, sensory elements, and intentional creativity, participants will transform personal insight into a meaningful keepsake designed to support continued care at home.
The workshop begins with a guided somatic arrival practice to help participants settle into the body, build safety, and cultivate presence before moving into reflective exploration.
