The Kitchen Apothecary removes the intimidation often associated with herbalism by returning to ancestral wisdom: using what we already have to support ourselves and our families. Through guided demonstrations and practical learning, participants will explore simple remedies, ingredient awareness, and accessible ways to build confidence in home wellness practices.
During this experience, participants will:
Learn how common household ingredients can be used for natural wellness support
Observe the process of creating simple remedies and immediately apply that knowledge in practice
Gain confidence in safely handling ingredients and properly storing homemade products
