Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation: All consultations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: No refunds will be issued for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for rescheduling at a later date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us via email or phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative time. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the scheduled consultation and have not informed us at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
