Before you Go, Take This With You
July is the season of being outside, being present, and letting yourself take up space. There's something about midsummer that asks you to slow down even as everything around you feels full. The events on this list reflect that, workshops where you make something with your hands, walks and wellness gatherings where you move and breathe, music in the park where you don't have to do anything but show up. That's enough. Summer doesn't have to be a sprint. Take what the season is offering and carry it into August.
